This role is ideal for an experienced paralegal responsible for managing complex cases from inception through trial and supporting attorneys during trials and evidentiary hearings.

Responsibilities
Draft and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery responses
Organize, maintain, and retrieve case files (electronic and physical)
Assist with discovery, including ESI coordination, review, and production
Meet with clients and witnesses and prepare summaries
Support attorneys during trials and evidentiary hearings, including use of courtroom technology
Prepare exhibits, deposition materials, and trial notebooks
Track billable time and maintain accurate case records
Qualification
Required
5+ years of complex litigation experience in a law firm
Florida Notary required
Bachelor's degree; ABA‑approved paralegal certificate preferred
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF tools, and document‑management systems
Experience with eDiscovery tools and trial‑presentation software
Ability to work independently and handle multiple attorneys' needs
High attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to maintain confidentiality
Preferred
ABA‑approved paralegal certificate preferred
Experience with iManage and Coyote is a plus
