Senior Contracts Manager
Paramount Legal is a well-established organization seeking an experienced North American Contract Manager to take ownership of contract strategy, governance, and execution across the region. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of commercial contracts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
Responsibilities
Owning the full lifecycle of commercial contracts, from drafting and negotiation through execution, renewal, and close-out
Acting as the regional lead for contract management activities across North America
Creating and refining contract templates, approval workflows, and internal processes
Managing and maintaining a centralized contract repository with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Partnering closely with Commercial Sales on customer-facing agreements
Supporting supplier and vendor contracting in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Identifying contractual risk, addressing issues proactively, and advising stakeholders on best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7–10+ years of experience in commercial contract management, legal operations, or a similar function
Strong working knowledge of complex commercial agreements
Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
Confident negotiator with excellent analytical and risk-assessment skills
Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational and project-management abilities
Experience navigating regulatory considerations and compliance requirements
