Account Executive, SMB

Level Access is seeking a high-energy, results-driven SMB Account Executive to accelerate growth through a balanced focus on outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, and opportunity closing. This role involves driving net-new revenue across a defined territory and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

Proactively identify and engage new prospects through targeted outreach
Meet or exceed monthly meeting and pipeline contribution goals
Maintain a consistent cadence of outbound activity to build a healthy top-of-funnel
Qualify and progress inbound leads through discovery and consultative selling
Drive deal momentum and ensure consistent pipeline advancement throughout the quarter
Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close for qualified opportunities
Develop tailored proposals, lead contract negotiations, and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly targets
Prioritize closing activities during key points in the quarter while maintaining flexibility to shift focus as needed
Participate in ongoing training and enablement programs
Apply coaching and feedback from sales leadership to continuously improve skills and performance
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge

Required

1-2 years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in a small or mid-market sales environment
Proven success in both outbound prospecting and closing new business
Sales and business acumen
Strong ability to manage a high volume of opportunities with speed and precision
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
Comfortable working cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing priorities
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Preferred

Familiarity with marketing technology, digital experience platforms, or SaaS solutions
Experience selling to marketing, digital, or IT stakeholders
