Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
Spotlight Search Partners is seeking a high-performing FP&A Manager to serve as a strategic partner to Sales, Pricing, and Executive Leadership within a private equity–backed manufacturing organization. The role focuses on revenue growth, pricing strategy, margin expansion, and executive-level reporting while requiring strong sales analytics and the ability to influence decisions across the organization.
Responsibilities
Own revenue forecasting and analysis across volume, pricing, mix, and margin
Partner with Sales leadership to evaluate deal economics, customer profitability, and sales performance
Analyze pricing actions to ensure margin discipline
Support new business, contract renewals, and strategic customer negotiations with financial insight
Develop customer-, product-, and channel-level profitability analysis
Act as the finance lead for pricing strategy, including scenario modeling and margin impact analysis
Support implementation and governance of pricing tools and frameworks
Evaluate elasticity, cost pass-through, and competitive pricing dynamics
Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to assess pricing implications of cost changes
Lead the annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range plan
Deliver monthly performance reviews focused on revenue drivers and margin variance
Build and maintain financial models to support growth initiatives and strategic investments
Develop dashboards and KPIs tied to commercial and financial performance
Prepare and present monthly and quarterly board materials for private equity sponsors
Present insights to the C-suite, sales leadership, and cross-functional operators
Provide ad-hoc analysis for PE, lenders, and executive leadership
Translate complex financial results into clear, actionable narratives
Serve as a trusted finance partner to Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership
Influence decision-making by balancing growth, margin, and risk
Support M&A, commercial integration, and go-to-market initiatives
Drive a performance-driven culture through transparency and accountability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
5–8+ years of experience in FP&A or sales focused Finance, ideally in manufacturing or industrials
Strong background in sales finance, pricing, and margin analysis
Experience presenting to private equity sponsors and executive leadership
Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, PE-backed environment
