Responsibilities
Contact Verification: Call companies to verify that we have the correct contact name, address, phone number, and other pertinent information
Follow Activity Scorecard : Meticulously follow the scripts that we have developed to make at least 500 calls per week
Team Participation : Attend weekly Sales and Marketing meetings and one on one meetings to report your progress, provide input, report problems, and get help with any challenges you have
Tracking : Accurately track all activities (calls, contacts cleaned, etc.) and submit those reports by Friday, close of business, for that week
Qualification
Required
Have a positive phone presence as you will be representing CMIT Solutions to our prospective clients
You will need to be self-motivated to work autonomously and make phone calls for a large part of your day
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work
Excellent note-taking and record keeping will be required to ensure we have accurate contact data stored in our systems
