Responsibilities
Consulting with Franchisees (Career Ownership Coaches™) on business planning, franchise brand standards, operations management, P&L management and client coaching
Working with Franchisees remotely to meet their career ownership goals and build a business that aligns with their desired lifestyle, financial, and personal goals
Qualification
Required
Experience in the franchise industry is a required
Experience working with a company running on EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is a plus
Experience in Business Planning and Franchising
Experience in Operations and P&L Management
Experience in Implementing Brand Standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and remotely
Ability to Travel up to 25% of the working year
MS Office, Zoom and Teams proficiency is a must
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience with DISC and Driving Forces assessments is a plus
