Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for G&A and GTM roles including teams such as Finance, Legal, People, Strategy & Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships
Partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders, bringing a consultative approach to role scoping, hiring strategy, and decision-making
Own multiple searches at once across varying levels of complexity, prioritizing effectively while maintaining a high bar for quality
Proactively source and attract top talent for specialized and competitive roles, leveraging creative sourcing strategies beyond inbound and LinkedIn
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience, from kickoff through offer and close, ensuring a thoughtful, efficient, and inclusive process
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop strong job descriptions, hiring plans, interview rubrics, and evaluation criteria
Gather and incorporate feedback from candidates and stakeholders to continuously improve the recruiting process and candidate experience
Contribute to the growth and development of the recruiting team by sharing best practices and supporting a culture of continuous improvement
Build and refine scalable recruiting processes that support company growth while remaining flexible for nuanced, high-impact hires
Champion inclusive hiring practices and actively seek diverse perspectives across all searches
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recruiting experience for GTM and G&A teams, in fast-paced environments
Proven experience as a full-stack recruiter and know how to manage the entire process of a candidate end to end
Enjoy sourcing for your positions and take pride in nurturing and building relationships with passive talent
Measure pipeline health to balance your priorities and set hiring manager expectations
Comfortable moving uncomfortably fast, managing multiple roles, and being accountable for your work
Prioritize providing a more human experience for everyone that interacts with Whatnot during a hiring process
Champion for diversity hiring & inclusive interview practices
