In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors, ensuring accurate plan administration and creating an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities
Manage and deepen relationships with 10–15 retirement plan clients
Ensure all plan administration aligns with plan provisions and regulatory requirements
Partner with internal teams to drive efficient issue resolution and maintain a seamless service experience
Communicate proactively with clients regarding plan activity, deadlines, and updates
Support sales and client presentations when needed
Contribute to service improvements by sharing insights and best practices
Execute regulatory and client‑driven plan changes with accuracy and attention to detail
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal partners while staying informed about industry trends
Identify risks, escalate concerns, and recommend long‑term solutions
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience working with employer‑sponsored retirement plans
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Strong understanding of ERISA, industry rules, and non‑qualified plan design
Ability to design client strategies, interpret plan provisions, manage compliance, and understand investment options
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, educate, and build consensus
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
High integrity, initiative, resilience, and a team‑oriented mindset
Willingness to travel for client meetings and presentations
Preferred
ASPPA, CEBS, NIPA, QPA, CPC, or similar retirement industry designations
