Responsibilities
Speak with customers and businesses directly and present AT&T’s products and services
Work with customers to close their sales; this can also include upselling services, offering promotions, and/or simply educating customers on the differences between products available
Build trust with customers by explaining everything in detail about their new product so they are fully informed
Stay up to date on AT&T promotions, plans, and product features to rely the information confidently to customers
Answer all questions, troubleshooting any complaints or requests and generate customer satisfaction
Work with other departments to be well versed in all operations to expand skills and knowledge
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a customer service, sales, customer support, telecommunications or similar role
Proven experience in a customer facing role
Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities
Able to commute to our office in Doral
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Passionate about succeeding in a role and experience new skills to boarded experience
Preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
