Responsibilities
Architect and build high‑performance React + TypeScript applications integrated with scalable backend services
Lead automation initiatives to drive efficiency across development and operational teams
Enhance internal platforms—including service tools, intranet sites, and monitoring systems—with intuitive, responsive UIs
Partner with cross‑functional teams to modernize legacy processes and introduce innovative technical solutions
Serve as a technical mentor, guiding junior developers on React best practices and component architecture
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands‑on experience with React/TypeScript
5+ years of experience with C#/.NET Core backend development
Strong command of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Git-based repos, CI/CD pipelines, code quality/security tools)
Advanced SQL expertise, including complex query optimization and troubleshooting
Experience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs
Solid understanding of authentication/authorization standards (OAuth 2.0, JWT)
Preferred
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Experience mentoring developers through code reviews, pair programming, and onboarding
A proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving processes
