Oracle AHCS Lead-REMOTE
Cerebra Consulting Inc is seeking an experienced Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Services (AHCS) Lead to support a high-visibility, enterprise-wide financial transformation initiative. This role will play a critical part in integrating, configuring, and administering Oracle AHCS to centralize and automate accounting operations, strengthen governance, and improve financial data accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
Lead the integration, configuration, and administration of Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Services (AHCS)
Design and implement accounting rules to centralize and automate accounting processes across multiple source systems
Integrate AHCS with upstream and downstream finance and data platforms, including Oracle Fusion ERP, OCI services, ODI, FAW/FDI, and related systems
Support enterprise-wide finance applications, ensuring alignment with General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
Administer Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (OADW) and support Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) from an application administration perspective (not report development)
Ensure security, controls, and governance within Oracle ERP and Accounting Hub environments
Collaborate with external partners and systems integrators supporting the Oracle finance ecosystem
Serve as a technical leader, providing guidance, solution design, and mentoring to project team members
Partner with business stakeholders to ensure accounting and close process requirements are accurately implemented
Qualification
Required
Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Services (AHCS) Integration, Configuration and Administration
Experience with accounting and finance principles such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP)
Oracle AHCS Integration with Source Systems (Oracle ERP Technical, OCI, ODI, FAW etc.)
Knowledge of Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (OADW – App Admin), FDI Administration (Not Report development) with foundational knowledge of Accounting Hub would be key
Oracle Security (Oracle ERP/Accounting hub
Strong leadership experience providing solutions, guidance and mentoring the team
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Services (AHCS): Integration, Configuration, Administration
Proven experience integrating AHCS or AHC with source systems, including: Oracle Fusion ERP (Technical), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Oracle Fusion Analytics / Fusion Data Intelligence (FAW / FDI)
Solid understanding of core accounting and finance principles: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP)
Experience with Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (OADW) in an application administration capacity
Strong knowledge of Oracle Security, particularly within Oracle ERP and Accounting Hub environments
Demonstrated leadership experience, including solution ownership, technical decision-making, and mentoring team members
Candidates with strong experience in Oracle Accounting Hub (AHC) are welcome; however, at least 1–2 years of recent, hands-on AHCS integration experience is required to be successful in this role
Must be open to occasional onsite travel, typically once per month, to collaborate with business partners and implementation teams
Preferred
Experience working with large-scale, enterprise finance applications
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
