Responsibilities

Supporting projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory while collaborating with multi-functional teams to achieve plant goals
Developing standards and work instructions while actively participating in and supporting advanced manufacturing activities and training throughout the facility
Conducting problem investigations, cause analysis, implementation, and follow-up
Developing and maintaining systems associated with production processes
Contributing to the development of manufacturing tools, fixtures, and standards, and the deployment of these systems at large

Required

Minimum of 6 months experience in a manufacturing facility
Basic digital literacy (Microsoft Office), and use of basic mechanical and electrical tools
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics
Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend the English Language
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment within the United States without the need for current or future employer - sponsored work authorization

Preferred

High School Diploma / GED
Two-year technical degree or equivalent
1+ years supporting manufacturing in a tech role
Experience applying Advanced Manufacturing Six Sigma concepts in a manufacturing environment
Knowledge and experience with AutoCAD or similar software applications
Understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly processes
Familiarity with SAP
