Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Finance and Group Reporting implementations
Drive requirement gathering and solution design across Record-to-Report (R2R), including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Financial Close
Design and configure SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, including:
Consolidation units and groups
Ownership management and consolidation methods
Intercompany matching and eliminations
Currency translation and validation rules
Ensure tight integration between operational finance (FI) and group consolidation and reporting processes
Act as a trusted advisor to finance, accounting, and controllership stakeholders
Lead client workshops, blueprinting sessions, and design reviews covering both FI and Group Reporting
Provide functional leadership and mentoring to consultants and offshore delivery teams
Support testing cycles (unit, integration, UAT) with a focus on financial accuracy and reconciliation
Assist with cutover, go-live, and hypercare, ensuring smooth period-end and consolidation cycles
Contribute to pre-sales activities, including solution architecture, RFP responses, estimations, and demonstrations
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience in SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Financial Close)
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, including consolidation and statutory reporting
Solid understanding of financial accounting principles, consolidation logic, and multi-currency environments
Experience in pre-sales, RFPs, and client solution demonstrations
Ability to bridge business finance requirements with system design
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
Experience working with global, multi-entity organizations and distributed delivery models
Preferred
SAP S/4HANA Finance certification(s)
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning and/or Reporting
