The Employment Litigation Associate will lead high-value wage & hour and employment class actions, taking ownership of complex plaintiff-side matters and shaping litigation strategy from intake through settlement.

Responsibilities
Litigate plaintiff-side employment matters, with a primary focus on wage & hour class and collective actions
Draft and argue motions, manage discovery, conduct depositions, and negotiate settlements
Drive case strategy in discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, whistleblower, and harassment matters
Work directly with named plaintiffs and class members from intake through resolution
Collaborate closely with firm leadership on litigation strategy, settlement positioning, and case valuation
Qualification
Required
5–10 years of plaintiff-side employment litigation experience (wage & hour required)
Demonstrated experience resolving or contributing meaningfully to class action settlements
Strong litigation background with excellent writing, strategy, and negotiation skills
Plaintiff mindset with the ability to independently manage cases
NY Bar admission required
Stable work history and desire for long-term growth within a plaintiff-side platform
