You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of our innovative solutions across schools and districts, involving close collaboration with various teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead clients through onboarding and implementation, ensuring a smooth transition and certification of success
Design and deliver impactful training sessions and professional development workshops (virtual and in-person)
Foster relationships with school and district staff, ensuring satisfaction and program success
Oversee accounts throughout their lifecycle, from onboarding to renewals
Respond to support requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems as needed
Maintain updated product and enhancement documentation
Travel up to 50%-60% to meet with clients on-site

Required

Must live in the PA area
Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Business, Technology, Education, or a related field
3-5 years in education, consulting, product development, SAAS implementation, account management, customer success, or product support
Familiarity with K-12 software applications for special programs (e.g., MTSS/RTI)
Exceptional communication, organization, public speaking, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in project and time management
Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred

Experience in K-12 education or educational technology is a strong plus
