Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain rating & pricing models using Earnix or Ratabase
Extract and translate business rules into system configurations and analytical frameworks
Build and validate statistical models to predict customer behavior and risk
Lead the implementation of analytics solutions for banking and insurance domains
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior members
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in analytics, data modeling, or rating system development
Hands-on experience with Earnix or Ratabase and strong Python programming
Experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter / ClaimCenter, and the P&C Insurance domain
Preferred
Guidewire certification (ACE/PC/CC) is preferred
Exposure to NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning is an added advantage
