Responsibilities
Lead planning through execution for several product areas, ensuring delivery aligns with lifecycle expectations and business value
Create, maintain, and communicate program roadmaps, schedules, and updates to stakeholders
Manage project dependencies, timing, risks, and escalations across teams and portfolios
Monitor for and address impediments impacting delivery or customer outcomes
Oversee initiatives from inception to implementation, ensuring flexibility and alignment with long-term strategic objectives
Partner with product and platform leads to define business cases, scope, strategic alignment, and vision
Coordinate with internal and external partners to drive architecture and product-led initiatives
Facilitate decisions around scope, risks, dependencies, and financials with key stakeholders
Maintain clear communication across teams, ensuring information flows up, down, and across the organization at the right time
Drive or assist communication of strategic initiatives to gain alignment and solve business challenges
Provide leadership and process guidance where organizational ownership is unclear or evolving
Lead or support brainstorming sessions, research efforts, and innovation practices
Translate ideas and emerging concepts into executable project plans
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile adoption
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field
5–10 years of experience in Agile delivery, program management, or product lifecycle management
Proven ability to coordinate large, cross-functional programs in a matrixed environment
Experience overseeing roadmaps, schedules, dependencies, risks, and financial considerations
Strong communication skills, with experience engaging executive and senior-level stakeholders
Ability to lead teams through ambiguity and drive clarity in complex environments
Preferred
Experience working in enterprise technology, digital product delivery, or Agile transformations
Background in supporting architecture-driven or platform-driven initiatives
Demonstrated ability to guide teams without clear organizational ownership
Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic, execution-focused mindset
