5+ years expToppan Packaging Americas is seeking a Data Integration Lead to join their IT Data & Analytics team. This role is responsible for implementing and supporting data integrations that enhance enterprise applications and analytics platforms, ensuring high-quality data solution configuration and integration.

Responsibilities
Lead the configuration and delivery of complex data integrations while ensuring compliance with data security standards
Implement APIs, event-driven integrations, and batch processes to support business and customer needs
Serve as the subject matter expert on data integration for internal stakeholders and projects
Manage and optimize ETL/ELT processes, ensuring high data quality, consistency, and availability
Develop and maintain integration documentation, best practices, and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk
Act as the Enterprise Architect and maintain all critical documentation in support of Toppan’s enterprise applications
Troubleshoot and resolve complex data integration issues quickly while maintaining proactive communication with stakeholders
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and strengthening team capabilities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, or data engineering, preferably in a manufacturing IT environment
Hands-on experience with Mulesoft, SFTP/FTP, Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining an enterprise architecture strategy and related artifacts
Strong knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and ETL tools/processes
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and timely delivery
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly terms
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working directly with cross-functional teams
Commitment to handling Toppan data securely
Preferred
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related data integration tools
Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot)
Familiarity with ERP applications (Microsoft D365)
