Responsibilities

Support attorneys on a full caseload of plaintiff-side personal injury matters from intake through trial

Draft and manage medical summaries, discovery documents, and settlement materials

Track case progress and deadlines in Filevine and Lead Docket

Schedule and coordinate depositions, IMEs, mediations, and court appearances

Interface with clients, providers, and insurance carriers to gather and organize critical case information

Anticipate workflow challenges and proactively improve processes and case efficiency

Prepare trial-ready files and ensure ongoing documentation quality

Qualification

Required

5 to 8 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury law

Preferred

Experience with Lead Docket
