AWS/Azure alignment and infrastructure cleanup

Tool and vendor rationalization

Execute against that roadmap by:

Building the core enterprise data platform

Implementing identity resolution and event tracking

Standing up scalable data pipelines

Cleaning and enabling marketing and finance analytics

Stabilizing and organizing AWS infrastructure

Improving reliability, observability, and cost control
