Customer Service Representative
City of St. Louis Park is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide quality customer service at the City Hall front desk. The role involves greeting and directing visitors, answering phones, processing transactions for city services, and assisting customers with service requests.
Responsibilities
Provide quality customer service by greeting and directing visitors to the city
Answer phones and process transactions for city services
Assist internal and external customers with service requests
Assist with self-service center maintenance, in-house copying and scanning, mail sorting, and envelope stuffing
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
One year related experience with customer service emphasis
Experience handling cash or credit card payments
Computer experience with Microsoft Office and Teams
Must be able to read and communicate information in English at a level sufficient to perform the essential functions of the position
Demonstrated ability to provide professional, high-quality customer service in person, by phone, and through written communication
