Responsibilities

Lead enterprise application initiatives and own Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud strategy, design, and optimization
Drive discovery workshops with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements and technical user stories
Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders to modernize Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash, asset lifecycle management, and revenue workflows
Facilitate system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and ongoing production support for Salesforce CPQ and Billing solutions
Collaborate with global Business Systems Analysts, Product Managers, and development teams across the US and offshore locations
Define and enforce application standards, development methodologies, quality assurance practices, and operational excellence benchmarks

Required

6+ years of experience in IT, along with 3+ years of experience as a business analyst/product manager supporting the Salesforce CPQ platform
Proven track record leading complex enterprise business system implementations into production
Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, FSL, and AppExchange
Strong subject matter expertise in SaaS monetization models, including product setup, configuration rules, pricing, quoting, subscription management, renewals, amendments, billing, and revenue recognition
Hands-on experience managing large-scale application development using Agile, Scrum, SDLC, and DevOps methodologies
Strong system architecture, technical design, and cloud-based enterprise application knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent

Preferred

Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Administrator (201), and Sales Cloud Consultant certifications preferred
