Responsibilities

Lead and scale sales operations across North America and select international markets
Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales organization focused on accountability and results
Drive profitable growth through structured, customer-centric, and data-driven sales processes
Implement pipeline management, forecasting, budgets, and incentive programs
Personally manage and grow strategic OEM accounts and long-term customer relationships
Develop and communicate a clear commercial vision aligned with corporate objectives
Identify new revenue streams, customer segments, partnerships, and business models
Lead go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and market entry initiatives for new products
Leverage deep HVACR industry knowledge, particularly within OEM and aftermarket channels
Apply market and competitor insights to guide innovation, pricing, and product development
Maintain strong understanding of manufacturing environments, ERP systems, and supply chain dynamics
Partner closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams
Effectively communicate technical product value to executive, engineering, and procurement audiences
Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization
Strengthen relationships with key OEM customers, distributors, and strategic partners
Foster a customer-first culture focused on value delivery, responsiveness, and loyalty
Oversee channel strategies, contract negotiations, and long-term commercial agreements
Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier sales and sales engineering talent
Build a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
Align individual and team goals with broader business objectives
Drive adoption of CRM platforms, analytics, and digital sales tools
Leverage data, automation, and AI-enabled insights to enhance forecasting and commercial execution

Required

5+ years in senior commercial leadership roles (VP, Director of Sales, National Sales Manager)
Proven experience selling into HVACR OEM markets (required)
Demonstrated success scaling revenue, launching products, and entering new markets
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required
Strategic thinker with strong executive presence and people leadership capability
Consultative selling, pipeline management, structured sales methodologies, and contract negotiation
Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and modern sales tools
Willingness to travel up to 50% (domestic and limited international)
