Responsibilities
Review historical spending and purchases to develop new category strategies
Identify process improvement opportunities in sourcing & supplier interactions
Build and execute negotiation strategies & develop award recommendations
Evaluate current suppliers & advise stakeholders on new and existing contracts
Own sourcing events end to end; develop, manage & document requirements process
Develop negotiation strategies and lead supplier negotiations
Draft contract language and work with business units to define requirements
Identify, analyze, & mitigate contractual risk
Provide support in vendor relationship management, escalation, & dispute resolution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college
8-10 years of relevant management experience in the area of strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, and business analysis
Demonstrated results and value realization from sourcing activities
Results-oriented mentality with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and quality
Preferred
Procurement and/or Supply Chain related professional certification
