Responsibilities
Responsible for overall case; file handling, organization, drafting document, attending depositions and court appearances
Manage cases in Cook, Lake, DuPage and all outlying surrounding counties
Maintain client relationships and confidentiality throughout complex cases
Qualification
Required
Illinois Bar License required
Three (3) – five (5) years' experience in civil litigation, domestic relations experience is required
Exceptional writing and analytical skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience interacting with clients directly
Demonstrated planning, organization, and project management skills
Ability to assess, prioritize, problem solve and execute multiple assignments in a high volume and fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet tight deadlines
Experience working in a team environment
Self-starting, intrapreneurial mindset, with desire to grow and learn
Preferred
Background in tax or financial is a plus, but not required
