Responsibilities
Create and manage new accounts, link solution accounts to cloud organizations, enable features, and manage user access
Review contracts for accuracy and viability, develop and implement provisioning guidelines and work instructions
Build positive relationships with stakeholders, monitor request queues and prioritize tasks, and manage the coordination of multiple requests
Analyze and interpret data, maintain SharePoint databases and internal dashboards, ensure billing accuracy
Collaborate closely with the Program Management Team to support daily provisioning and manage exceptions
Qualification
Required
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven problem-solving capabilities and detail orientation
Preferred
Experience in Digital Marketing, Cloud Services, or related fields
