Responsibilities
Build the company's overall strategic management framework from the construction phase to formal operation
Define strategic decision-making processes, core methodologies, and iteration mechanisms
Ensure the strategic system is directly implementable, not just theoretical
Translate the company's long-term strategy into executable annual/quarterly/project plans
Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure the strategic plan progresses smoothly during the business launch phase
Identify discrepancies between strategic assumptions and actual implementation and make rapid adjustments
Participate in organizational and job boundary design, promoting close integration of strategic objectives with departmental collaboration
Establish mechanisms for strategic review, post-mortem analysis, and continuous adjustment
Prevent strategic objectives from becoming detached from business execution
Deeply participate in the planning of strategic management systems (such as OKR, project management, BI systems, and data dashboards)
Ensure that strategic tools serve decision-making and execution, rather than becoming a constraint
Define key strategic indicators and build a strategic monitoring system
Provide management with structured, actionable strategic information
Support management in making quick judgments with limited information
Qualification
Required
Over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, management, or consulting
At least one experience participating in the entire strategic process of a company from its inception to formal operation
Able to clearly explain which strategic systems must be built in advance
Able to clearly explain which problems cannot wait until the business starts to be solved
Able to make decisions with limited information and within clear time windows
Able to collaborate deeply with the founding team, rather than merely acting as a strategy execution role
