Vice President of Business/Commercial

The role involves designing business strategies, validating the business model, and establishing key customer relationships while navigating the complexities of a developing business system.

Investment Management

Responsibilities

Design and build a complete business management framework before the company officially commercializes
Define customer types, cooperation paths, business processes, and decision-making boundaries
Ensure the system is not just "seemingly complete," but can directly support the successful completion of the first transactions
Translate company strategy and product capabilities into clear, verifiable business solutions
Validate and iterate pricing, cooperation structure, and value proposition through real market feedback
Quickly identify unsustainable or low-quality business opportunities to avoid misallocation of resources
Lead the introduction and negotiation of early key customers and strategic partners
Personally participate in highly complex and uncertain business decisions
Establish the first set of exemplary business cases for the company
Deep collaboration with product, operations, and delivery teams to ensure that business commitments are genuinely fulfilled
Establish clear collaboration boundaries and escalation mechanisms before the business is fully launched
Avoid the passive situation of "signing the contract first, then building capabilities."
Define the most critical business indicators for the company in its early stages (customer quality, conversion efficiency, performance risk, etc.)
Establish a business review and decision-making mechanism, rather than simply chasing transaction volume
Provide management with structured information that allows them to judge direction and make trade-offs

Required

Can make critical judgments with incomplete information and limited time windows
Can work alongside the founding team to build the business path, rather than merely acting as a 'transaction executor.'
