Responsibilities
Lead accounting and finance for an active construction portfolio
Own close, financial reporting, job cost & WIP, and forecasting
Oversee cash flow, billing, AR/AP, payroll, and retainage
Partner with PMs on margins and project performance
Manage audits, banking, and financial controls
Lead and develop accounting staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
10+ years of construction accounting experience (NYC preferred)
Strong job cost and WIP reporting experience
Prior people management experience
Construction accounting systems experience (QuickBooks preferred)
CPA a plus
