Responsibilities
Build the program’s operating rhythm for the multi‑year orthopedics business separation
Own the Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule across all domains
Enforce a unified company code and standardized process model post‑separation
Drive milestones, critical path, and cross‑workstream interdependencies
Lead cutover planning, dress rehearsals, and hypercare readiness
Ensure program documentation is best‑in‑class (RAIDs, RACI, runbooks, decision logs)
Establish SteerCo and PMO governance with clear inputs/outputs
Build and deliver executive‑ready PowerPoint narratives with KPIs, risks, financials, and decisions
Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and Audit to align with separation controls
Maintain a rigorous RAID discipline and implement burn‑down strategies
Ensure tight change control, scope management, and readiness criteria
Champion operational excellence across all teams and partners
Guide project managers and domain leads; reinforce accountability and quality
Promote a culture of ownership, clarity, and measurable outcomes
Qualification
Required
10–15+ years of program management leadership in complex, global organizations
Proven success leading divestitures, carve‑outs, or enterprise separations end‑to‑end
Ability to integrate multiple systems under a single operating model
SAP ERP exposure (company codes, interfaces, cutover processes)
Mastery of governance, integrated planning, and RAID management
Exceptional executive communication and PowerPoint storytelling
Strong ability to influence teams, vendors, and senior leaders
Preferred
Background in Medical Devices, Pharma, or Life Sciences (GxP, data integrity, validation)
Previous experience supporting similar programs within a large global enterprise
