Responsibilities
Lead a major system modernization project from initiation through delivery
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and scope documents
Produce project reports, documentation, and executive updates
Facilitate team meetings and provide regular project status updates
Present progress, risks, and issues to leadership and oversight teams
Coordinate with stakeholders across business and technical teams
Track risks, issues, and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies
Ensure compliance with project standards and frameworks
Oversee development documentation to ensure solutions meet business requirements
Qualification
Required
10+ years of project management experience on enterprise-level projects
Experience managing large-scale modernization or IT system initiatives
Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, and cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
Preferred
Experience with project delivery frameworks or low-code/no-code solutions
Familiarity with statewide or enterprise-level systems
