The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish while collaborating with clients and internal teams.

Coordinating with clients to understand their needs
Managing event logistics, booking services, and maintaining relationships with vendors

Qualification
Required
Strong skills in event planning, logistics management, and scheduling
Excellent customer service and client communication abilities
Experience with vendor coordination and relationship management
Proficiency in time management and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and stakeholders
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Prior experience in event coordination or hospitality is an asset
Relevant certifications or a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
