Responsibilities
Organize and conduct the company's medium- and long-term development strategies, annual strategic priorities, and special strategic planning
Research macroeconomic trends, industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological developments, providing forward-looking recommendations for the company's strategy
Support the board of directors and senior management in strategic decision-making and thematic discussions
Break down company strategic objectives into actionable business strategies and action plans
Establish a strategic execution tracking and evaluation mechanism to ensure effective strategy implementation
Coordinate with various business units and functional departments to promote the implementation of strategic projects
Participate in business portfolio optimization, new business incubation, and growth strategy design
Evaluate opportunities in new markets, new products, and new business models
Support the company's scaling and transformation
Participate in mergers, acquisitions, investments, joint ventures, and strategic cooperation projects
Responsible for strategic due diligence, business analysis, and synergy assessment
Support strategic and objective management in post-merger integration (PMI)
Establish and apply strategic analysis tools and models (such as SWOT, PEST, Porter's Five Forces model, etc.)
Build a strategic indicator system to support high-level decision-making
Provide data-driven strategic insights and decision support
Act as a strategic interface, collaborating closely with finance, business, marketing, operations, and other departments
Clearly report strategic analysis and recommendations to management and the board of directors
Promote the formation of strategic consensus and consistency in execution
Build and manage the corporate strategy team
Cultivate talent with strategic thinking and business acumen
Establish a professional, rational, and results-oriented strategic culture
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
Over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, investment and financing, or business management
At least 15 years of experience in corporate strategy, investment, or consulting project management
Strategic analysis and systems thinking abilities
Business insight and decision support capabilities
Ability to break down complex problems and express them in a structured manner
Cross-departmental coordination and senior-level communication skills
Execution ability to drive strategic implementation
Preferred
MBA, EMBA, or overseas study background
Candidates with experience in large enterprises, listed companies, or consulting firms (such as strategy/management consulting) are preferred
Experience in management consulting firms (such as strategy consulting, general consulting)
Experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment, or corporate transformation projects
Experience in cross-industry or international strategy
Ability to interact frequently and deeply with the board of directors and senior management
