This role is ideal for a seasoned construction professional who can manage complex projects, mentor junior team members, and serve as a key liaison between the field, office, clients, and leadership.

Responsibilities
Manage commercial flooring projects from pre-construction through final closeout
Oversee project schedules, budgets, labor, and material coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Lead job site meetings, walkthroughs, and coordination meetings
Review and approve project documentation including contracts, change orders, and closeout packages
Proactively identify and resolve project risks, delays, and field issues
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety requirements, and project specifications
Collaborate with estimating, sales, and leadership teams during project handoff
Mentor and support entry level and mid-level project managers
Provide clear project updates and reporting to leadership
Support continuous improvement of project management processes and procedures
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably commercial flooring
Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and contract documents
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
Experience working directly with field teams and subcontractors
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
