Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and improve critical business intelligence (BI) solutions and applications using Microsoft Power Platform
Offer design and solution consulting in analytics and business applications
Provide expertise in data management, warehousing, and business intelligence, both functionally and technically
Standardize internal BI processes and operations, such as deployments
Mentor and guide team developers, setting standards and best practices
Deliver products using various Power Platform tools and technologies
Identify and engage in process improvement initiatives to enhance the internal customer experience
Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, developers, infrastructure teams, and project management groups
Analyze data requirements, application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database schemas while designing, developing, optimizing, and certifying database designs to meet reporting needs
Help monitor system performance, reliability, availability, and recoverability of the data warehouse environment
Qualification
Required
Highly proficient in Microsoft Power BI development
Highly proficient in Microsoft Power Apps development
Highly proficient in Data Modeling, SQL
Highly proficient in developing solutions using Power Platform
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills consistent with a client group, including senior managers & executives
Attentive to details
Highly proficient in translating complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Work efficiently with the data warehouse team to identify data dependencies and data requirements
Experience in writing Complex DAX queries and functions
Ability to manage highly confidential material
Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management System
Typically requires 8-10 or more years of experience in BI Development
Bachelor's degree in business or a STEM field
Preferred
Experience in the Azure suite, such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Azure Synapse
