Responsibilities
Create and update detailed schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Establish baseline schedules by gathering and validating critical data from all work streams
Produce S-curves to track planned vs. actual progress and forecast trends
Use S-curves for performance reporting and stakeholder presentations
Track progress against the baseline and report variances with corrective actions
Prepare timely progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Proactively identify schedule risks and constraints; evaluate impacts and implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate with work stream leads to ensure timely resolution of issues
Facilitate planning workshops and progress review meetings
Ensure efficient data collection and communication across a matrix organization
Maintain all schedules in approved tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project)
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years in project planning for construction or industrial projects
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field
Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and generating S-curves
Experience working in a matrix organization
Strong understanding of construction planning principles, risk analysis, and progress visualization
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
