Create value for the firm from a tax perspective
Set up processes, answer complex tax questions
Develop best practices for tax strategy
Manage external relationships
Report to CFO
Lead tax planning
Respond to investor tax inquiries in partnership with Investor Relations and Legal Teams
Ad hoc projects
Qualification
Required
Experience in tax strategy within private equity or similar financial services
Strong understanding of tax regulations and compliance
Ability to manage external relationships effectively
Experience in leading tax planning initiatives
Excellent communication skills to respond to investor tax inquiries
Ability to work collaboratively with Investor Relations and Legal Teams
Proven track record of creating value from a tax perspective
Experience in setting up processes and developing best practices
