Responsibilities
Support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, including:
Local laptops used only for AVD connectivity
Golden image management and software deployment in Nerdio
Distribution of new software to AVD hosts
Understand and apply AVD concepts to daily operations
Implement and support change management processes
Administer Windows Server infrastructure:
Active Directory (AD)
Add and remove users
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Intune endpoint management
Manage and support:
Printerlogic for printer management
Qualification
Required
Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop
Experience with Nerdio
Experience with Gold Images and Host Pools
Que Management
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Follow the established change management processes
Preferred
Familiarity with Intune, Entra ID, and endpoint management a plus
