Legal Secretary
Responsibilities
Draft, format, and proofread pleadings, motions, and correspondence
Prepare and organize case files for court, depositions, and hearings
Manage litigation deadlines, calendars, and court filings
Assist attorneys with discovery, law and motion practice, and trial preparation
File documents with courts and maintain accurate case records
Coordinate communications with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Qualification
Required
Minimum 4 years of experience as a legal secretary in civil litigation
Strong understanding of litigation processes, including law and motion, discovery, and case preparation for court
Proficiency in drafting pleadings and other legal documents
Experience with court filing procedures and document management
Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
