Responsibilities

Lead and own key partner communication programs from end-to-end, including strategy development, execution, and long-term performance management. This includes setting objectives, defining project scope, and developing detailed project plans with timelines and milestones to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement
Develop and implement effective communication strategies for key initiatives, ensuring messaging is clear, consistent, and tailored to the needs of our provider partners
Analyze results from partner surveys and other feedback channels to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement; develop and lead action plans based on these findings
Serve as a central point of contact for key initiatives, fostering collaboration and securing buy-in from stakeholders across various teams by leading with influence
Translate complex project updates, performance metrics, and strategic insights into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership to communicate progress, demonstrate impact, and inform key decisions
Tackle ambiguity by designing and creating structured, actionable playbooks and toolkits that standardize best practices for partner communication and clearly articulate DaVita’s value proposition
Travel up to 15% as needed

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
3-5 years of demonstrated success in project management, corporate communications, strategy, or healthcare provider relations
Proven experience developing and executing communication strategies in a complex organization
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence and drive projects forward in a cross-functional environment
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
High proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Travel up to 15% as needed

Preferred

Management consulting experience is a plus
Experience with project management software (e.g., Asana) is highly preferred
Strong preference for Denver-based candidates (office-oriented hybrid role, with three days required in-person per week)
