Responsibilities
Take ownership of assigned solar projects and manage them through early-stage phases including Screening, Diligence, and Early-Stage Pipeline
Collaborate closely with the Regional Lead to prepare projects for transition to Late-Stage Project Management
Manage all aspects of daily project execution, ensuring projects are technically feasible, schedule-aligned, commercially supported, and financially viable
Analyze technical and financial data to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities
Support the creation, ownership, and management of capital budgets for assigned projects
Assist with development and permitting efforts and coordinate with subject matter experts and engineering teams
Support issue resolution, capital budget approvals, construction planning, and schedule development
Assist with contract negotiations, execution, and identification of optimization opportunities
Utilize multiple software tools to manage project data, deliverables, and reporting
Communicate project updates to leadership with support from the Regional Lead
Perform additional tasks as needed to support team organization, project readiness, and overall project success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive and self-motivated mindset
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Comfortable working independently with limited supervision
Preferred
Strong financial and data analysis skills
Mechanical aptitude or interest in technical concepts
Experience in construction, energy, or solar industries is a plus
Strong interest in long-term growth within Project Management
