Responsibilities
Produce and edit video content for our social media channels and digital ads — short-form, long-form, and everything in between
Research and pitch concepts and execute them from idea to final cut
Move fast to capture and cut rapid response videos that meet the moment
Work closely with the social, creative, and communications teams to align messaging and visual storytelling
Help build and maintain a clear, consistent visual identity for the campaign's video content
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience editing video content for campaigns, brands, newsrooms, political orgs, or media outlets
Editorial experience — especially in a newsroom, political, or high-volume creative environment
Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro
Sharp eye for pacing, tone, and storytelling across different platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Ability to work quickly and juggle multiple projects on tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
Submit a link to a portfolio of work and indicate what aspects were created by the applicant
Preferred
Familiarity with After Effects, motion graphics, or other content tools
