Responsibilities

Serve as the initial point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Diagnose and resolve routine technical issues, escalating when necessary
Configure, test, and prepare hardware devices prior to shipment as part of the order-fulfilment process
Ensure all equipment is set up correctly and meets quality standards before it reaches the customer
Manage and track support requests through the company’s ticketing system
Prioritize incoming issues and follow up to ensure timely closure
Deliver on-demand training sessions to help clients and internal teams better understand system capabilities
Provide clear, proactive updates to customers throughout the troubleshooting process
Work alongside the sales team to support technical queries and assist with customer onboarding or pre-sales needs

Required

Associate degree in a technical field, or equivalent professional experience
2+ years of experience in a technical support, customer success, or service‑oriented role
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
Familiarity with scripting (e.g., command line tools, Python)
Experience supporting hardware devices is a plus
Working knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
Technical troubleshooting
