Responsibilities

Tax Manager will lead tax compliance efforts across partnership and pass-through entities
Manage relationship with external tax advisors and outsourced providers
Oversee preparation and review of partnership, individual, and business tax filings
Provide guidance on tax planning, structuring, and risk mitigation
Support audits, notices, and tax inquiries
As a Tax Manager, you will develop internal tax processes and controls
Advise leadership on tax implications related to transactions and growth initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax
5+ years of broad tax experience with a strong focus on partnership tax
Experience working with outsourced tax functions and external advisors
Deep knowledge of pass-through taxation and multi-entity structures
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
