Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and process international and domestic air import shipments
Coordinate with airlines, trucking companies, and vendors to ensure smooth operations
Manage invoicing: prepare invoices for customers and reconcile vendor A/P invoices with accounting
Expedite customs clearance and delivery to meet client deadlines
Maintain operational data, including customer/vendor profiles, rate quotes, and shipment records
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues
Provide daily activity reports to management
Support ad-hoc projects and management requests
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of experience in air import operations (manager-level experience strongly preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
Ability to travel to Georgia (GA) as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
Willingness to relocate to Atlanta
