Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze recurring and ad-hoc management reports used by senior leadership
Support budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysis and documentation of key assumptions
Perform financial analysis across income statement and balance sheet accounts to identify trends and drivers
Build and maintain financial models and reporting tools to support business decisions
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data, validate inputs, and ensure reporting accuracy
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, controls, and data integrity
Assist with special projects related to accounting, reporting, and operational efficiency

Required

Bachelor's degree required; Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
4+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or financial analysis within financial services or a regulated environment
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
Experience with management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling and reporting
Comfortable working with financial systems and large data sets
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

Preferred

Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred
Exposure to banking products or complex financial instruments is a plus, but not required
