Responsibilities
Lead and manage medium to complex quality system projects using risk managed execution plans and investigations
Supervise and guide a team of quality personnel to achieve operational and project goals
Monitor daily production and quality operations and provide technical direction and coaching
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable regulatory standards
Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned technical and quality system matters
Lead cross functional teams to support organizational and production goals
Review and complete quality documentation in accordance with business standards and timelines
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance department performance
Evaluate project costs and support operational planning and production demand
Interact with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality and process issues
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
Minimum five years of experience in Quality Engineering or Quality Systems
Experience managing and supervising production or quality teams
Strong knowledge of quality systems, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing processes
Proven critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience managing teams of ten or more employees
Background in production or manufacturing quality environments
Demonstrated leadership in process improvement and quality system optimization
