Responsibilities
Support the design of public infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, and utilities
Review construction plans for compliance with engineering standards and codes
Assist with bid reviews and contractor selection processes
Participate in pre-construction and permitting reviews
Conduct engineering studies and prepare technical reports
Interact with contractors, developers, agencies, and the public
Support oversight of active construction projects
Qualification
Required
Be able to do the job as described
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or FE exam completion
Civil Engineering degree or near-term completion
Exposure to public infrastructure or municipal projects
Familiarity with AutoCAD, MicroStation, or similar tools
