Independent Field Adjuster - Personal Lines

Mid, Senior LevelModern Claims Solutions is expanding and looking for independent field adjusters. This role involves contacting insured parties, performing field inspections of reported losses, and compiling professional reports based on findings.

Responsibilities
Making initial contact with insured parties within 24 hours of claim assignment
Successfully inspecting reported losses and providing an initial report within five (5) days of receiving a new assignment
Professional documenting of the claim file on a daily basis in our Claims Management System (CMS)
All of our adjuster's must carry their own Errors and Omissions (E&O) policy that meets our coverage requirements
Qualification
Required
Live within 50 miles of the locations listed above
Have your own transportation
Be willing to travel up to 100 miles to perform field inspections
Have a current adjusting license in the state in which you handle claims
Proficient using Xactimate for your narrative and photo reports, and for writing estimates
Have documented experience handling 1,000+ field claims
Carry your own E&O policy that meets our coverage requirements
