Responsibilities
A Senior SailPoint Developer specializing in application onboarding is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex integrations within SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
This role leads end-to-end onboarding efforts, including requirements gathering, solution design, connector configuration, workflow development, and deployment
The developer performs detailed entitlement analysis, access mapping, and attribute modeling to ensure applications are accurately represented within the IAM ecosystem
They configure and validate provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, and lifecycle event processes while troubleshooting advanced issues related to connectivity, schema discovery, and rule execution
The position requires close collaboration with application owners, security teams, and business stakeholders to ensure integrations meet functional, security, and compliance standards
The Senior SailPoint Developer also provides mentorship to junior team members, contributes to onboarding best practices, and maintains comprehensive technical documentation
This role demands deep expertise in SailPoint IIQ, strong development skills in Java and Beanshell, and a solid understanding of IAM principles, governance models, and enterprise security requirements
